Caring for your time and experience
Pre-Appointment Details
Please arrive on time for your appointment — not early — as the studio has limited waiting space and I may be with another client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments (“no shows”) may result in the loss of your deposit.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all fitted appointments to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if more than 48 hours’ notice is given, and will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic Hyrdotherapy treatments take place following completion of a consultation and consent form.
Please follow the pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided to ensure your comfort and best results.
This treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions.
Gift Vouchers & Packages
Vouchers and packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable, may be transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Appointment Timing
I do my best to run to time, but some treatments may take a little longer to ensure you receive the best results.
If you’re running late, please let me know. Appointments delayed by up to 15 minutes can usually continue; anything beyond this may need to be rescheduled.
Guests & Studio Etiquette
Appointments are for the named client only.
Please come alone — no guests or children — so the studio remains peaceful, private, and focused entirely on you.
Health & Safety
Please share any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications ahead of your appointment.
Some treatments — such as peels, microneedling, or colonic hydrotherapy — will require a consultation beforehand.
Treatments will not be carried out if they are unsuitable for your health or comfort.
Patch Tests
A patch test is required 48 hours prior to microblading and LVL treatments.
If the patch test is declined, the treatment cannot proceed.
Payments
Payments can be made by card or online when booking.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Privacy
Your personal information and treatment details remain confidential and are handled in line with UK GDPR data-protection laws.
